Executive / Senior Executive, Finance (Treasury)

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for loan drawdown, funds transfer and interest payment for bank loans and bonds.
• Prepare documents for regular settlement for interest rate swap and cross currency swap, and monitor settlement is done promptly.
• Prepare monthly treasury reports, cash flow forecast and compliance reports.
• Monitor interest and loans/bonds are paid promptly and ensure there is sufficient bank balance for these payments.
• Maintenance of bank accounts including update of bank mandate.
• Prepare and submit bank prescribed forms, collate supporting documents and update authorised signatories and internet banking system user access.
• Prepare data entries in SAP for treasury transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing process.
• Review monthly audit schedules.
• Assist in preparation of management reports, reporting and variance analysis.
• Work closely with business units to provide financial reporting and analytical support, as well as to identify potential issues that impact the financials.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company’s assets and interests.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• At least a degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in treasury function, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Familiar with local tax and accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
