Job Description
Liaise and coordinate with media vendors to execute digital artwork and creatives to fit the specifications for online banners, and resolution.
Chart out and integrate digital and social media campaigns.
Create content, track performance, and analyze Google Analytics and other social media metrics for social media, online, digital, and mobile advertising platforms.
Handle online and social media enquiries.
Assist in developing marketing and sales strategies and work with vendors to produce advertising and marketing materials such as brochures, websites, videos, advertorials, EDMs, etc.
Create materials for digital and social media platforms, including mobile video and editing.
Support the Sales & Marketing department to facilitate the preparation of collaterals and other marketing scope of work as and when required.
Assist in crafting press releases.
Assist in handling Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) matters, enquiries, and updates.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Mass Communication.
Minimum 2 years in content management with strength in content writing and artwork.
Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese is a must.
Confident and able to conduct presentations in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva & video editing is preferred.
Versed in Facebook, WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok, Douyin, Google AdWords, Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Management (SEM), Google Display Network, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Able to multi-task, meticulous, resourceful, proactive, a team player, and able to work independently.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
