What the role is:
As an Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Customer Management Systems in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will work with a team to drive the management and optimisation of MOE’s Customer Management Systems (CMS), such as the enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used across MOE Headquarters and Schools.
What you will be working on:
- Serve as the primary System Administrator for the CMS managing access rights, security settings and user privileges.
- Manage system-related queries, troubleshoot issues, propose improvements and collaborate with technical teams to conduct system testing and implement solutions that address operational challenges.
- Design and execute appropriate change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and promote the effective usage of CMS, including developing training materials and conducting user systems training sessions for MOE HQ and School users.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate branch IT matters including staff onboarding, equipment refresh, and inventory management.
What we are looking for:
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in systems management, change management, stakeholder engagement and/or project management.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in customer service delivery and CRM systems, as well as understanding of digital transformation principles and service design methodologies would be an advantage.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
