Role Description:
Develop in-depth knowledge of our tour products to provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Account management, keep and build long lasting partnerships with agents and local sales partners.
Handle enquiries and bookings for private bookings of tours and customized experiences.
Willing to travel overseas for events and industry events.
Adhoc admin and data entry.
Experience:
Minimally 3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or tele-marketing.
Requirements:
You should have a pleasant and friendly personality and enjoy providing good customer service.
Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and enjoy working independently as well as being an actively contributing team player.
Able to work on two weekends per month when on shift duty.
Education:
Possess Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
