As a Executive (Risk Management / Value & Safety Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Develop and implement the patient safety incident management framework, including promoting reporting, managing IT systems, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and analyzing data.
2. Coordinate initiatives to enhance patient safety and foster a safety culture, such as clinical reviews, walkabouts, and campaigns.
3. Identify and mitigate patient safety risks through data analysis, prevention measures, and collaboration with clinical risk management.
4. Build organizational capability through training platforms, curated resources, and knowledge sharing.
5. Provide administrative support for patient safety and quality assurance committees.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in patient safety and care quality.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or related fields
2. Possess 3-5 years of relevant working experience
3. Experience in healthcare / community will be an advantage
