Executive, Quality Assurance | Food Manufacturing (F&B)

Singabite Pte Ltd is looking for a QA personnel to join team to ensure the compliance of food hygiene and workplace safety for its central kitchen, stall and restaurant business divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle food product registration, certification, and submissions to relevant authorities. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies for food safety matters.
• Conduct daily food safety and hygiene inspections in central kitchens.
• Create awareness of workplace hygiene and safety aspects.
• Evaluate adequacy, interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
• Implement plans and strategies to support the provision of safe food products.
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Conduct investigations in food safety related issues from internal/external parties.
• Coordinate and support quality and safety related audits.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced/Higher Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in central kitchen or F&B outlets.
• Candidates certified with WSQ Food Hygiene Course Level 3 and knowledge in WSH will have an added advantage.
• Passionate about upholding food safety and possesses good knowledge of ISO22000 and SFA requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good language and communication skills.
