We are looking for a driven and resourceful professional to manage the end-to-end operations of higher education programmes in collaboration with university partners and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless student experience, maintaining high service standards, and supporting continuous process improvements.

• Oversee day-to-day programme operations in line with academic and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with university partners, internal departments, and student leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

• Manage the full student lifecycle—from onboarding to academic performance monitoring and interventions.

• Support partner visits, marketing activities, and recruitment efforts.

• Drive process improvements, support system digitisation, and participate in UAT/testing.

• Collate and analyse data for programme reviews and operational planning.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme or education management.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Meticulous, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

• IT-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), LMS, CRM, and data tools like Power BI.

• Bonus: Skills in creative tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, video editing) and experience with digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.).
