As a Executive, Programme & Community Partnership (Volunteer Management), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for managing and expanding the network of community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support the organization's mission. This includes spearheading, conceptualizing, and implementing volunteer programs and activities to ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively.
Volunteer Management: Oversee all aspects of volunteering within the organization, including recruitment, orientation, and ongoing support for volunteers.
Partnership Development: Identify opportunities to sustain and strengthen existing partnerships, while also establishing new relationships with community organizations, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
Volunteer Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate, and provide accreditation for volunteers, ensuring they meet necessary standards and contribute positively to the organization.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of volunteers and community partners, ensuring timely submission of information and proper tracking for reporting purposes.
Activity and Program Planning: Design, organize, and execute volunteer-led activities and programs that address the social and emotional needs of nursing home residents.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other departments to ensure that volunteer efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Provide support for any other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines.
Minimum 2 years experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore.
Hands-on experience in a community partnership role will be an advantage.
Sales experience will be useful and welcome.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive.
Able to work on Saturdays or outside regular hours if required to support program delivery or events.
