Job Description:

• Convert leads provided by the partner bank to sales through telemarketing;
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence;
• Correspond with customers through emails;
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment;
• Achieve sales targets for the team and individual set out by the business.

Requirements:

• O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
• Sales-driven and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
