Executive Personal Assistant (Healthcare) - Up to 5K #HHL
Based at Yishun / Kim Seng
Salary: Up to 5K
Description
- Provide executive support to Board members and Senior Management
- Provide administrative support and manage calendar for Board members and Senior Management
- Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking, visa application, accommodation reservation, arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
- Plan team meetings, corporate events, and other organisational activities
- Coordinate internal and external logistics for high-level meetings
Requirement
- Min Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent priority management and organizational skills
