Job Summary

The Executive - Secured Logistics is responsible for development and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels; making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.
Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External)

1. Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
2. Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
3. Engage senior management for buy-in to implement solutions identified
4. Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements
5. Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business
6. Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
7. Coordinate overall transportation operations
8. Execute warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

Tertiary: Diploma or Degree
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Applications
Other: 1-3 years' experience
Singaporean only
