Handle daily operational administrative duties in sales enquiries and services (via phone, email or in-person).
Organize any club tour in-person with prospect or membership enquiries.
Work with the Finance Department to reconcile Membership and Financial reporting.
Process membership applications, its supporting documents, and payment for submission to finance and Management with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist in driving relationships across the Club and identifying new sales opportunities within existing and new memberships/relationships.
Collaborate with the team to grow sales and membership revenues and enhance excellence in membership services and patronage in the Club.
Assist with operational and monthly sales reporting; amend any forms, S.O.P, and policies when necessary, pertaining to membership matters.
Rotate membership enquiry duty on weekdays and once every weekend or as assigned.
Manage all aspects of event planning, financing, and operational administrative duties, meeting deadlines and staying within budget for membership events and trips.
Establish relationships and coordinate with inter-departments and external vendors and suppliers.
Perform any other jobs/duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good command of languages, able to speak and write in English & Mandarin fluently.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible with a proactive approach to getting things done efficiently.
Possess a high level of confidentiality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in handling both employee and member relations.
Good time management with a strong sense of urgency and priorities.
Ability to perform under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit a great learning attitude and be a good team player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Five-day work week with weekend rotating duties; must be willing to commit to weekends and event duty (weekends/public holidays).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Forms, EMS, etc.
Position offered will be based on job skills, work performance, and experience (incentives will be determined and awarded accordingly when the team’s monthly KPI is met).
