Job Description- Engage UHNW and Family Office Clients: Build relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and Family Office clients, addressing their diverse banking and investment needs.
- Collaborate for Relationship Development: Work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, cultivate, and secure new client relationships.
- Onboard High-Caliber Clients: Integrate new clients who meet the criteria for business growth, ensuring they receive tailored solutions for their sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional banking and investment needs.
- Transform Opportunities into Strategies: Develop actionable strategies from client opportunities to optimise resource use, playing a crucial role in enhancing the Private Bank's profitability and performance.
- Support Southeast Asia Strategy Development: Contribute to shaping the Private Bank strategy for Southeast Asia, with potential oversight of client-level planning and execution for specific geographic or commercial segments within the broader regional strategy.
- Ensure Risk and Commercial Compliance: Guarantee that all activities align with the Private Bank's risk tolerance and commercial objectives.
The Successful ApplicantYou should have at least 15 years of experience with extensive and proven experience in Private Banking, having covered the UHNW Southeast Asian market. A strong track record in working with and/or leading client teams and transactions, along with proven achievements in relationship-based sales, is essential. Additionally, possessing a dynamic, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset will be advantageous for success in this role.
