Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-the-job training for various rides and shows in Attractions Operations (Universal Studios Singapore), ensuring team members are proficient in their roles, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Orientate new team members, introducing them to the park's facilities and the diverse teams within the Attractions department.
  • Collaborate with the Attractions Service Experience & Training department to conduct service level audits and implement targeted training to enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform operational roles within the Attractions Operations department, demonstrating practical knowledge and expertise in rides operations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma and have a minimum of one year's experience in delivering on-the-job training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team interaction.
  • Having certifications in training or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
  • Must be able and prepared to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
