You will be part of the HR Manpower Planning & Analytics team, playing a key role in manpower forecasting, workforce data analysis, and HR reporting. This role requires strong analytical and data visualisation skills, leveraging tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel Macros to provide meaningful workforce insights and support manpower-related decision-making. The incumbent will also work closely with HR and Hospital Planning Committee to enhance workforce optimisation and support long-term manpower planning efforts.
