Executive, Human Capital Development (Maternity cover)

Reporting to the Head of Human Capital Development (HCD) / HCD Manager, you are responsible for executing the recruitment strategies and plans for staff engagement.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate timely and accurate recruitment activities from start to end to bring in the best-fit candidates for all job openings (e.g., understand the position requirements, screen resumes, shortlist candidates for interview, arrange interviews, track recruitment status / turnaround time).
2. Maintain HR Information System to ensure data accuracy and proper document management (e.g., maintain the electronic employee database and employee records filing system).
3. Handle employee relations and communications.
4. Support ad hoc training initiatives.
5. Manage and support employee welfare programs / events.
6. Timely submission of monthly reports as assigned.
7. Execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.
8. Coordinate the Orientation program schedule and general introduction to Management and staff.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration / Management.
2. Relevant experience: minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in FMCG environment.
3. Relevant exposure of 1 to 2 years’ experience in recruitment and staff engagement functions can be considered for the role.
4. Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
5. Good presentation and communication skills.
6. Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
7. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Good team player.

This is a 6-month contract role for maternity coverage.
