Job Scope
Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.
Monthly reminder for client holders for Contracts and Work Pass Due.
Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities.
Work Pass Application/Renewal, Contracts extension, termination, resignation, reference checks, leave & claims requests, contractor bonuses.
Handle contractor’s disciplinary & grievance issues.
Provide HR advisory services as required to internal Consultants and Associates.
Liaise with payroll to resolve contractor timesheet & claims issues.
Liaise with payroll & finance to resolve client billing issues, overpayments, etc.
Role Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder.
2-3 years of Human Resource experience.
Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
