Job description
Job Responsibilities
Design EDMs and handle job postings across platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
Track and update recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates).
Manage candidate databases and talent pipelines.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Organise events such as recruitment fairs with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Liaise with training institutes, government agencies, and recruitment vendors.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR.
Able to develop and design publicity materials.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives under minimal supervision through a customer-centric approach.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data analysis.
Preferably with experience working with recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS).
