As a Executive, Healthcare Performance & Innovation Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Review and investigate Hospital Incident Reports.
• Provide secretarial support to committees (e.g., Total Quality Management, Incident Review, and Quality Assurance) and manage follow-up actions.
• Assist with secretarial duties for monthly Senior Leadership’s Quality & Safety walkabout.
• Coordinate the annual review of departmental policies.
• Collaborate with external organizations on quality improvement projects and conferences.
• Coordinate and analyze MOH, AIC, or CGH surveys (e.g., Patient Safety Culture, Patient Experience) and follow up on improvements.
• Undertake special projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality
