Executive Event Producer

THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.

1. Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspects of the event.
3. Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
4. Manage high-touch events & act as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

1. 5 - 7+ years' event management/production experience.
2. Experience managing multiple projects.
3. Client-facing experience.
4. Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.
5. Must have experience working with multiple vendors.
