Executive ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)

Job Description:

You will be part of the Group Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance team, an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risks across the Group businesses are appropriately assessed and managed. In the day-to-day, you will work with internal stakeholders across the Group to facilitate the execution of risk management strategies and related activities. The role offers a valuable opportunity to learn about various aspects of the real estate and hospitality business.

Accountabilities

1. Coordinate and engage business units to analyse and understand their insurance needs and risk exposures.
2. Work with brokers to structure optimal coverage in line with the Group's risk appetite and tolerance.
3. Collation of underwriting information and related for annual insurance renewal roadshow and/or project specific risk transfer needs (including financial assessment, fee analysis and assessment of risk elements of the corporate business units).
4. Manage queries, selected claims, and related dealings with both external and internal global programme stakeholders.
5. Ensure timely payment of all insurance related invoices with proactive follow-up on payment status.
6. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date insurance database including for all policy documentation and claims statistics.
7. Other tasks as required.

3. Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
4. Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
