Company bus to and from work at multiple MRT stations.
Job Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operational task.
Provide timely and effective support to the Business Operations team.
Coordinate and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and associated policies and forms to ensure compliance to standard formats.
Organize and ensure SOP are updated accurately, timely and proper training and/or quality documentation are signed off and filed.
Coordinate documentation audit and consolidate feedback on action plans.
Recommend possible improvements or process enhancements within the area of responsibility.
Collaborate with, but not limited to, DKSH IT, Client, and Operations teams for service solutions.
Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
Carry out ICS risk and gap analysis assessment yearly.
Functional Skills & Knowledge
Demonstrate a strong understanding of client's business process
Demonstrate strong document and process-controlling skills
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI)
Educational Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
