Job Description

• Manage all aspects of private banking services tailored to high-net-worth clients.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships while leveraging the organization's resources to ensure efficient and personalized service.
• Ensure that proposed solutions address clients' needs and objectives across short, medium, and long-term goals using a comprehensive, goals-based planning approach.
• Formulate strategies and objectives, including targets for deposit and loan volumes and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of operations, processes, and team development programs to support the achievement of private banking goals.
• Provide consultation services for complex or high-value credit decisions.
• Rigorously adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

The Successful Applicant

You should have at least 10 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and a robust understanding of investment and portfolio management. Your background should include extensive knowledge of financial services especially in the Southeast Asian environment, enabling you to adapt your strategy as the business landscape evolves.

A dynamic, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset will be advantageous in this role.
