Reports to: Management Committee and Sub-Committees

Position Summary:

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and management for Good News Community Services Family Service Centre @ Pasir Ris. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and financial sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced leader with a strong commitment to social justice and social change and a proven track record of success in the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of agency operations and staff capability development, including program delivery, senior staff supervision, finance, human resources, and fundraising.
• Resource Management and Development: Manage the agency's budget and ensure financial sustainability.
• Community Collaborations: Build strategic community engagement initiatives, network and collaborate with other Agencies to enhance operational needs and service delivery.
• Board Relations: Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance and ensure organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Degree in social work, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' work experience, with at least 5 years in leadership / management roles.
