EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and management for Aroma Intelligence. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and financial sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced leader with a strong commitment to social justice and social change and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision.
• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of agency operations and staff capability development, including program delivery, senior staff supervision, finance, human resources, and fundraising.
• Resource Management and Development: Manage the agency's budget and ensure financial sustainability.
• Community Collaborations: Build strategic community engagement initiatives, network and collaborate with other Agencies to enhance operational needs and service delivery.
• Board Relations: Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance and ensure organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Degree in social work, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' work experience, with at least 5 years in leadership / management roles.
