Executive, Digital Marketing (Social Media)

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will, for a start, independently take charge of eazy’s marketing and communications channels including creating content strategically and handling our various social media platforms. You will have the autonomy in deciding what works and what doesn’t for our brand.

A day in the life:

1. Develop and execute social media content plans and editorial calendars aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
2. Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.
3. Design and editing of social media assets, including graphics and video.
4. Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behaviour.
5. Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing, editing and designing of graphics.
6. Analyse data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
7. Involved in the overall success of eazy’s branding and marketing strategy.
8. Other Marketing responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related communications field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas, such as social media marketing, design, media, stakeholder liaison and engagement.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Capcut.
4. Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite.
5. Knowledge in copywriting, content creation, design and video editing.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Effective communication skills and good time management skills.
8. Ability to work well independently under pressure with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking in a dynamic working environment.
