Hybrid working arrangements.

Inventory Management (70%):

1. Coordinate closely with SCM DC team for incoming shipment tracking.
2. Ensure inventory levels are within the contractual inventory holding target.
3. Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
4. Work closely with SCM DC team to monitor the excess storage charges and inform the impacted Clients.
5. Provide timely and proper instruction to SCM Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.

Client Management (30%):

1. Monthly KPI reporting for client operations meetings.
2. Align the KPI definitions and targets with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance).
3. Support monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with clients (including operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
4. Maintain high frequency of engagement with clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance) to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.
6. Inventory planning (S&OP) for FA & small portion for 4PL client.
7. Monitoring of NPP which is operationally - understand from CM team the monitoring is managed by client, but our side the responsibility falls on us.
8. Liaison with internally and externally (i.e. clients & customers).

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
2. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
3. Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
4. Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills.
5. Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.
6. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
