Hybrid working arrangements.
Inventory Management (70%):
- Coordinate closely with SCM DC team for incoming shipment tracking.
- Ensure inventory levels are within the contractual inventory holding target.
- Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
- Work closely with SCM DC team to monitor the excess storage charges and inform the impacted Clients.
- Provide timely and proper instruction to SCM Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.
Client Management (30%):
- Monthly KPI reporting for client operations meetings.
- Align the KPI definitions and targets with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance).
- Support monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with clients (including operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
- Maintain high frequency of engagement with clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance) to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.
- Inventory planning (S&OP) for FA & small portion for 4PL client.
- Monitoring of NPP which is operationally - understand from CM team the monitoring is managed by client, but our side the responsibility falls on us.
- Liaison with internally and externally (i.e. clients & customers).
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
- Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills.
- Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
