Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring that they are efficiently and effectively supporting the HR department and the organization's HR processes.
  2. Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT team, and vendors to implement, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules, data integrity, and reporting functionalities.
  3. Manage and maintain HRIS modules, HRIS system configurations, data integrations, data updates, system upgrades, and security settings.
  4. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, design HRIS solutions, and implement system enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve overall system performance.
  5. Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system procedures, process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides.
  6. Conduct data analysis, data validation, and data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the HRIS.
  7. Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on managing HR information systems.
  3. Strong technical proficiency in HRIS, preferably with experience in systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  4. Advantageous to have knowledge on data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau) and SQL.
