Job description

Key Attributes:

Customer Service Oriented, Fun Loving, People Person

Role Description:

  • Assist with general inquiries, and provide information about our tours & attractions.

  • Liaise with Cruise Liners for queries & coordinate operations.

  • Handle guests' feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Crowd control, queue management, and ensure smooth and efficient tour operations.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in guest areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

  • You will need to deliver consistently good customer service.

Experience:

  • Minimally 2 years’ experience in customer service.

  • Prior retail sales or operations experience in hospitality or tourism company would be preferred.

Requirements:

  • You should have a pleasant and friendly personality and enjoy providing good customer service.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment independently as well as be an actively contributing team player.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work under stressful situations.

  • Able to work day shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Education:

Possess N, O, or A levels. Diploma in any discipline.
