Job description

Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare relevant documentation for quotations & order processing.
  • Attend to customers’ queries and feedback timely and efficiently through over the counter, phone, emails, etc.
  • Assist clients with product selection.
  • Issue Request for Price to source for price checks and new products.
  • Follow up on quotations with customers.
  • Follow up on orders with customers.
  • Manage delivery orders to customers.
  • Manage after-sales issues relating to replacements and repairs.
  • Liaise with Logistics & Purchasing department to advise customers on order status.
  • Work with the sales department to resolve customers’ feedback/issues.
  • Monitor sales order backlog and incoming shipments for delivery planning.
  • Follow up on pricing with the sourcing department for new items/projects.
  • Handle customer credit applications.
  • Prepare tender documents and submissions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / ‘A’ levels
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related field with purchasing/F&B background
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Must be meticulous and able to pay attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Efficient and ability to complete the customer service sales cycle
