About the Role:

Be the Heart of Every Order – Join Our Customer Care Team!

Are you someone who thrives on creating seamless customer experiences, loves solving problems, and enjoys working across functions to get things done? Join us and be part of a team that’s dedicated to serving from the heart – turning every order into a positive experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Take Ownership of Order Fulfilment
Be the key contact for end-to-end order management – from receiving and entering purchase orders, tracking shipments, to ensuring on-time delivery. Your attention to detail will help turn every transaction into a smooth and delightful customer experience.

Be the Voice of Support
Communicate confidently and clearly with customers across phone, email, and other platforms. You’ll address questions about products, services, and order status, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and valued.

Keep Things Moving Regionally
Coordinate and consolidate shipping documentation across the region to support efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery processes.

Solve Problems Before They Escalate
Jump in to investigate order or delivery issues. You’ll troubleshoot, propose smart solutions, and follow through until the customer is fully satisfied.

Stay on Top of the Paper Trail
Generate and manage accurate documentation – invoices, shipping manifests, and order records – keeping everything organized and audit-ready.

Connect the Dots Across Teams
Partner with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure service levels are met. You’ll also liaise with warehouse teams to keep customers updated on their order status and account details.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.
Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders or shipping liners will be highly advantageous.
