- Responsible for ideating, coordinating and executing media plans, providing the team with online and offline editorial support, supporting events, and assisting in other communications initiatives as directed.
- Play an integral role in PR, branding, marketing, and external communications activities.
- Identify and develop compelling story angles to achieve the highest brand visibility across all touchpoints and communications channels.
- Assist in monitoring and summarizing media coverage for both print and broadcast media on client's news and industry-related news.
- Develop, write, and produce various marketing communication deliverables such as eDM, advertorials, brochures, letters, proposals, and articles for influencing public perception.
- Improve website traffic by producing new content and enhancing user navigation experience.
- Ensure website information is up-to-date.
- Assist in developing video content through conceptualization, storyboarding, and coordinating filming.
- Support department initiatives with content creation (media/articles).
- Draft corporate correspondence or speeches for ministers, corporate partners, etc.
- Assist with content planning and calendar, providing editorial support in other areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Journalism, Communication, or related disciplines.
- Preferably 2-4 years relevant working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications.
- Prior healthcare experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent writing ability.
- Strong organizational skills to manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with different stakeholders (e.g. team members, other departments, media, community leaders).
- Meticulous and able to work well under pressure.
- Proactive.
- Creative and able to contribute new ideas.
