Job description

What you will be working on

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative, operations and system support in staff benefits portfolio, specifically for leave, medical and dental claims as well as other staff benefits such as welfare care gifts.
  • Provide finance administration support not limiting to Procurement, Payroll, Reconciliation, Invoice and Claims processing.
  • Partner and work with schools/departments to provide advice on leave and medical related matters as subject matter expert.
  • Support and assist in reports generation, preparation and provide data analysis as and when required.
  • Support and lead automation and/or process improvement projects in leave and medical related areas.
  • Support other areas of work and projects as and when assigned.

What we are looking for

Pre-requisites:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organised and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Experience with HR Operations such as leave and medical benefits.

Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous

  • Prior experience in Workday, Medical Claims Proration System and SharePoint administration is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Government Instruction Manual (IM2 – Staff).
