Job Description
Reporting to The Ritz-Carlton Club Manager, the Club Concierge is responsible for providing information to guests’ enquiries and coordinating all guests’ request for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently. The Club Concierge escorts guests to assigned rooms, informing them of privileges and facilities in the Club, hotel services, features, and room amenities, as well as attending to immediate needs of guests upon arrival and following through with special attention throughout their stay.
Core Responsibilities:

1. Maintain knowledge of all hotel features/services and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
2. Ensure F&B presentations are set in a timely manner; coordinate with various kitchens and ensure sufficient orders are made and available for guest consumption.
3. Meet VIPs upon arrival at the Driveway/Assigned Floor and escort them to their assigned room. Inform guests of hotel services/features and room amenities. Extend assistance before departing.
4. Adhere to all cashiering procedures such as, but not limited to, miscellaneous charges, traveler’s checks, and drop receipts.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
2. Previous experience in a luxury hotel with knowledge of OPERA/MASHA is an advantage.
3. Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts.
