Job Description
Reporting to The Ritz-Carlton Club Manager, the Club Concierge is responsible for providing information to guests’ enquiries and coordinating all guests’ request for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently. The Club Concierge escorts guests to assigned rooms, informing them of privileges and facilities in the Club, hotel services, features, and room amenities, as well as attending to immediate needs of guests upon arrival and following through with special attention throughout their stay.
