About the Role

The Executive, Client Engagement, is responsible for supporting the Client Engagement Team in sales order fulfilment, client communication, and administrative processes. This role also ensures the smooth operation of office facilities and provides assistance in finance-related tasks, database management, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Client Engagement

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including addressing client queries and anticipating potential issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation control for order fulfilment.
  • Monitor, track, and advise clients on their application status.
  • Guide clients on required documents for certification.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain and analyze the Green Label database to support the SGLS & Eco Certification sales team.
  • Verify vendor invoices and collaborate with Finance on bi-weekly accounts receivable reporting.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with Environment Engineers to provide constructive responses to client queries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service turnaround times and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in achieving new customer acquisition targets, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external presentations using pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

2. Office Administration & Operations

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office facilities.
  • Manage administrative duties related to office operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., auditors) as needed.
  • Provide support for company events such as SEAA and SGA.

3. Customer Service & General Support

  • Handle customer inquiries related to Sales, Eco-Office, and SGLS.
  • Provide ad hoc support as assigned by the direct supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Knowledge of local and global environmental issues is an advantage.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence rather than direct.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
