Job Descriptions:

Key Activities

1. Collect, compile data and prepare dashboards/reports.
2. Track, report and follow up on Key KPIs for the LOB.
3. Track, report and follow up on Financial Numbers (i.e. Orders, Revenue, EbitXC etc.).
4. Coordinate and support audits such as ISO and Internal/External Audits.
5. Undertake as CI Champion to oversee and report CI Project progress and savings achieved.

EHS Lead

1. Liaise with the EHS Rep on EHS matters.
2. Track and report EHS workplace WSH incidents.
3. Track and report Safety Inspection findings and follow-up on corrective actions.
4. Work with EHS Rep to investigate EHS related accidents/incidents and follow-up all the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions till closure.
5. Work with EHS Rep on monthly EHS inspections.
6. Work with Business Unit Head on training nominations.
7. Support all other EHS related activities (e.g. SWEEP, Senior Management Walkabout).

Business Continuity Management

1. Undertake the role of the LOB BCM Coordinator and internal auditor.
2. Work with Business Unit/Divisions in BCM Planning.
3. Participate in annual risk assessments, business impact analyses, BCP Plan Updates, Exercises, and Cross-LOB audits.
4. Support all other BCM-related activities.

Enterprise Risk Management

1. Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities such as review and update of risk registers to include new and emerging risks.

Requirements:

1. Possess good written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
3. Preferably with working knowledge of SAP.
4. Previous experience in office management systems and procedures.
5. Good knowledge and skills in accounts management and project processes.
6. Approachable, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
