Job Description:
Provide support for Accounts Receivable function and oversee the operations of the Business Office counter.
Job Responsibilities:
Join our team and make a difference in patients' financial experience by ensuring smooth and supportive payment processes. Your role will include:
- Assisting patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and setting up manageable payment plans.
- Helping to create and manage patient accounts for seamless billing experiences.
- Preparing reports to track payment statuses and improve patient financial care.
- Attending to enquiries and performing counter coverage to assist patients and visitors effectively.
- Reviewing clinic handover reports to ensure all statements, cancellation receipts, and discrepancies are properly accounted for and duly acknowledged by the cashier and supervisor.
- Working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to follow up on payments, helping patients manage their outstanding balances before any write-offs.
- Reviewing and verifying write-off requests with a patient-first approach.
- Coordinating with clinics, wards, and emergency services to ensure patients receive timely support in managing their bills.

Requirements:
