Responsibilities:
Ensure CEO’s efficiency through efficient scheduling and managing of daily calendar.
Schedule and manage weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports.
Organize the CEO’s inbox daily, including drafting and replying to emails.
Maintain an executive dashboard to track projects and key updates.
Drive special company initiative projects by working with various teams.
Host office guests and lead tours of company sites and robotic deployments.
Showcase the latest robotics through live demos.
Support daily follow-ups (emails, messages, calls) to maintain important relationships.
Organize contact info and send follow-ups after meetings.
Plan and manage executive events, including logistics, venues, travel, and budgets.
Lead on-site execution of retreats, scale-up meetings, and similar events.
Handle CEO’s expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
Take on general admin tasks to keep the CEO’s day running smoothly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
More than 6 years of experience in a similar function.
Proven experience in serving C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
