Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director(s) and his/her team;
Coordinate and organise Director’s meetings and travel schedule;
Handle full spectrum of administration including supplies, expenses, claims, travel arrangements, meetings coordination, leave management, update status of project, etc;
Prepare documents for submission of pre-qualification;
Liaise with project teams to collate and record latest project information in ERP;
Update Fee Schedule and prepares documents such as invoices and requisitions;
Prepare requisition for payment to consultants, external suppliers and inter-company billing;
Work with Human Resource department for incoming and outgoing administration for team members;
Provide administrative support for management and directors meetings;
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
Strong adaptability and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
