OVERVIEW
Executive Secretary position at a leading Japanese company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to top management, including the CEO and multiple managers.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, arrange business trips, and handle expense reimbursements.
- Organize and coordinate events and meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international management teams.
Strategic Support
- Assist in strategic planning and transformation projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on trends and risks.
- Support strategy formulation through data analysis.
- Monitor current affairs and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Strong skills in event planning and strategic thinking.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
- Business-level English proficiency (essential for internal and external communication).
- Conversational-level Japanese proficiency (essential for internal and external communication).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary: S$5,000 - S$6,000 per month
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Provided
- Annual Leave: 22 days per year
- Remote Work: Option to work from home once a week, but due to job responsibilities, daily office attendance may be required.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (excluding Singapore public holidays)
