Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment & Selection on employee's hiring including job postings on various platforms, coordination with the recruitment agencies on profiles, and interview arrangement process.
Managing the HRIS System @ SuccessFactor i.e. prompt update of new / changes of employee’s database with maximum accuracy.
Maintaining personnel files for all employees.
Assist in payroll processing.
Handles and administer on-boarding process such as orientation, cards registration etc.
Handles the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and surveys.
General administration and human resources related tasks (e.g. quarterly orientation, employment contracts, set-up new personal files, new hire guides, leave application, overtime and etc).
Provide guidance training to employee on HRIS system.
Assist with all internal and external HR and General Admin related matters.
Ad hoc duties such as townhall coordination and company staff functions. To assist and cooperate with the team on any other tasks that is not listed on the above as and when the team is short-handed.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role or at least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills which includes the ability to use vlookup, to automate large volumes of data, use pivot table, graphs and tables etc.
Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight timeline in fast paced working environment.
Organize and structure record-keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail.
