Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling requests for the Advisory team and external stakeholders.
• Oversee office management for the growing Singapore office.
• Support the Client Service team in Europe with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
• Arrange travel logistics, manage expense tracking, and ensure seamless coordination for team visits.
• Act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive investor information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams and liaise with global departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Business or any related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or client-facing administrator.
• Background or interest in financial services and working in an international team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Teams, and Zoom.
