Family Office Environment in managing fund, investment and charity from group of directors.
Requirements:
Experience in managing office operations and providing administrative support to manager or director.
Basic accounting knowledge in bookkeeping as required to do some recording like 20 transactions per month.
Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
Prefer candidates with corporate secretary background to assist in documentation.
Job Scopes:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the manager located at Singapore's office; no overseas travel required.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the manager, including phone calls and other forms of communication.
Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Investment, Charity Team) to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise.
Some experience in handling legal documents (sensitive data) from law is required.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
Perform administrative and office support, such as managing office maintenance, water supply, insurance updates, cleaner management, filing system, and contact database.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
