Responsibilities:
Handle all export queries
Liaise with shipper for collection arrangement and other export matters
Liaise with sales and destination office for air approval and rates establishment
Liaise with finance team for shipments with COD payment or customer accounts that exceeded the credit limit
Liaise with Vendor Management to organize collection
Liaise with the Air freight planner for flight schedule
Liaise with the import team for re-export shipments
Liaise with the permit department for all export permits applications
Liaise with the warehouse team for cargo acceptance, release, cargo sorting, packing, or any storage requests
Liaise with external vendors for DG packing, crating jobs, fumigation, etc.
Liaise with export operation team to provide shipping instructions
Minimum Requirements:
Min. 2 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in air freight, logistics, or export customer service is preferred
Qualification: Min. Diploma in Air Logistic/Supply Chain Management
Experience in Export Customer Service
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work on weekends and holidays (if necessary)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word would be an advantage
