Job description

The purpose of this role is to support business development activities and where required lead and/or manage as assigned. This role entails managing the development of WSQ Specialist Diploma programmes, being a programme administrator, to oversee the academic and training requirements of the programmes.


Responsibilities


  1. Programme Administration
    • Prepare service agreements/ contracts with service providers
    • Work with Resource and Operations team to ensure all logistics matters are in place prior to course/event commencement
    • Provide support for audit matters, especially Edutrust documentations
    • Filing and payment verification for curriculum developers and trainers
    • Prepare the relevant documents to be submitted to the Academic Board for commissioning of new Diplomas and/or changes to the curriculum
    • Compile and submit assessment results and score sheets for approval by the Academic and Examination Board, as required
    • Create, update and manage course runs for SSG funded programmes on the SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway)
    • Oversee Zoom lessons and ensure accurate attendance tracking, as required
    • Manage Zoom recordings and maintain proper documentation
  2. Programme/ Trainer Management
    • Ensure seamless execution plan, co-ordination to conduct classes successfully
    • Assist with managing budget for relevant programmes
    • Source, recruit and deploy trainers for relevant programmes
    • Ensure all information on programmes on Marketing Collaterals are accurate
    • Monitor and provide feedback and evaluations to trainers
    • Provide support to trainers
    • Work with Marcomms on the timely provision of information of programmes
    • Work with Recruitment Department on execution of Edutour and school programmes
  3. Other responsibilities
    • Support Business Development activities and where required lead and/or manage assigned
    • Participate and contribute actively towards any review exercise and/or new initiatives
    • Identify and carry out ad-hoc quality improvements initiatives
    • Undertake any other roles and duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ Media or relevant field with at least 1 year of work experience
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in private education and Edutrust is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal, communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, if needed
