We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to join the NUS Law Academy Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the academy's continuing education programmes, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a high-quality learning experience for participants. You will work closely with academic staff, industry professionals, and external stakeholders to manage the day-to-day operations of the NLA’s credit-bearing Graduate Certificate, Executive Certificate & NGNE Bespoke Programmes.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director and Senior Assistant Dean of the NUS Law Academy, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of credit-bearing programmes from admission to graduation, including course data preparation, onboarding onto relevant admission systems, marketing, admissions, registration, course enrolment and fee collection.
- Oversee course operations, including orientation, course management, exam invigilation, results processing, graduation, and post-programme evaluations.
- Manage course materials, access to digital resources, library membership & student cards.
- Coordinate SkillsFuture Credit claims and manage SILE-CPD accreditation applications, requirements & reporting for Graduate Certificate programmes.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Ops and CIT for programme logistics and support.
- Procurement of goods & services, including appointment of course instructors.
- Maintain accurate student and alumni records and manage a database of participants.
- Manage events such as graduations, orientations, and alumni networking events.
- Attend to queries on programmes and requests for assistance from students.
- Process, check, track P&L and reconcile income & expenditure for all programmes.
- Implement workflow improvement or automation projects to streamline administrative processes and enhance participant experience.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in events/programme/education management preferred.
- Possess excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Able to learn fast, adapt to changes and work after office hours when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress & Zoom Applications.
- Training will be provided for programme management related applications.
