What the role is:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Events & Performance Marketing Manager to work on our digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in contributing to the success of both Event Marketing and Owned Channel Marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing high-impact campaigns across various digital channels, enhancing engagement, and optimising performance while expanding the scope of our digital marketing efforts. Given the fast-paced nature of our work, this role will require managing multiple event campaigns running concurrently, each with tight timelines and execution milestones. The ability to plan, coordinate, and optimise marketing efforts in real-time is essential to ensure events are well-promoted, drive strong audience participation, and achieve campaign objectives effectively.
