Events Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Plan and oversee the operations at on-site/before/after exhibition, in collaboration with organizers, exhibitors, and overseas offices/agents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of exhibitions.
• Manage logistics, transportation, and all necessary arrangements for exhibitions locally and abroad.
• Lead and supervise on-site personnel, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Attend site surveys and meetings with contractors to guarantee operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors to support exhibition operations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Events Logistics / Fairs & Exhibitions
• Strong Operational and Project Management skills
