Join Our Team as an Event Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Are you passionate about creating exceptional events and delivering seamless experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Lead to join our team and bring outstanding events to life!

Position: Event Lead

What You’ll Do

  1. Event Planning & Coordination:
    Collaborate with the Event Manager to develop proposals, schedules, and communication plans.
    Manage event logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
    Work closely with stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
  2. Onsite Event Execution:
    Oversee setup, teardown, and post-event follow-ups to ensure flawless execution.
    Coordinate with building management, vendors, and the Health & Safety team for compliance.
    Troubleshoot onsite challenges proactively, ensuring seamless event experiences.
  3. Team Supervision & Operations:
    Lead and supervise F&B servers and event staff, ensuring top-notch service.
    Provide mentorship and training to new team members.
  4. Vendor & Client Relations:
    Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    Act as the main point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  5. Inventory & Administrative Management:
    Track and manage event inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    Maintain the event tracker with key details like attendance, budget, and feedback.
  6. Customer Experience & Professionalism:
    Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
    Maintain a polished, professional demeanor, representing our brand with excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience & Certifications:
    Food Handling Certification with 2-3 years of experience in F&B/events, preferably in a lounge, fine dining, or hotel setting.
  2. Beverage & Food Handling:
    Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and non-halal food as part of event operations.
  3. Communication & Teamwork:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  4. Multitasking & Adaptability:
    Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Technical Proficiency:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for event coordination.
  6. Flexibility & Commitment:
    Willingness to work after hours or outside regular schedules based on event needs.
