Events Executive, Charity/Social Service (Government)

This position will start off as a 1-year contract.

Location:

NCSS, near Buona Vista MRT

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in relationship and engagement functions with strong stakeholder and project management skills to achieve fund-raising targets through the organisation of events and engagement activities.

2. Assist in conceptualising and implementing events and initiatives to engage and enhance donors and stakeholders’ experience and stewardship.

3. Assist in strategising and acquiring potential new partners with innovative fund-raising strategies to grow giving for the social service sector through Community Chest.

4. Conduct reviews, ideate and propose new and creative fund-raising strategies and approaches to grow charitable giving and sustainable partnerships for Community Chest.

5. Collaborate with teams in Community Chest and divisions in NCSS, where relevant, to amplify and bring impact to core roles and duties assigned.

6. Any other duties as assigned by Associate Director that are aligned to Community Chest’s purposes.

Working Hour:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:
$2500-$2900 + 1 month bonus upon completion of 1-year contract
